Spring has sprung and we know there are deadlines, rush jobs and some emergencies. A lot of home inspectors tell clients not to buy certain homes due to the cracked parging, step cracks on a brick wall or other small masonry repairs. We say small because they are usually not that big of a deal (as in, not structurally unsound).
