We highly recommend Murphy’s Masonry! Ruairi was a pleasure to deal with – responsive, professional, fair, and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job on the repairs of loose and crumbling bricks and stones…the repaired sections blend seamlessly with the existing! He did a great job repairing our crumbling and unsightly cement steps. Looks almost new!

Ruairi, Shawn and Chris arrived and tore down the chimney, completed the next day along with concrete slab at side of house, job site was completely cleaned up, very hard workers, would highly recommend to anyone else. Very happy with the job, would have them work for me anytime. Thanks Ruairi

Murphy’s Masonry was a referral given to me recently by another masonry company in Toronto. Ruairi and James removed decorative bricks from my home and from start to finish, they were prompt, professional, efficient and so very pleasant. Their rates were more than reasonable and they left the area even tidier than they found it! I would recommend them highly to any & all.

We needed some repairs to our flagstone sidewalk and front porch. Ruairi was punctual, polite and did a very good job. We’d definitely use him again, if needed.

I contacted Murphy’s Masonry to brick in a small window that I had removed as part of a kitchen renovation. Ruairi responded quickly with an estimate and scheduled the job promptly. Was referred to Murphy’s Masonry for a small job. Several holes were left in the exterior walls of the house after renovations that required removal / relocation of some vent pipes. The quoted price was fair, and response time was fast. Their guys did a great job colour-matching the mortar and sizing the replacement bricks to blend in. It’s now very difficult to tell where the old holes were. Nice work!

They replaced approximately 50 bricks on an outside wall and created a temporary skirt of parge to meet the driveway. Did a nice job and were in an out in one day.

We have stonework in front of our home that was there when we purchased the home this summer. We noticed due to settling, the mortar was cracked, allowing water to penetrate and eventually causing more damage. Our garage floor was also cracking, the chimney was no longer being used, and we needed it capped. We contacted Murphy’s Masonry for a quote and decided to contract them. They showed up on schedule and did everything as in the contract and more. We are pleased with service, work and communication. I would highly recommend them.

We needed some small brickwork that was important to a large patio project we were working on. We called a number of contractors all of preferred larger more extensive jobs but Otto Masonary gave us the name of Murphys who specialized in small jobs needing Brick Pointing and Parging. What a joy to see him work and did a job on all that was need to be done A true tradesman. We’re very satisfied with Murphy’s Masonry. They showed up on time, were very friendly/cooperative and did great work. We would definitely get them back for any masonry project and we’ve already recommended them to neighbours.

Rory is a true professional who did beautiful work in repairing our old stonework, while also tuckpointing everywhere to make the decks water tight. I was particularly impressed with the quality of his craftsmanship – these old steps look brand new and are super-sturdy. I would recommend Rory for all jobs, big and small.

Contacted the owner about a week ago to get the mortar between my bricks re pointed. He came within the same week for the quote, and once I booked with him he scheduled it in for the next week. The guys showed up around 8AM and got it all done in one day, They were polite and cleaned up the site really good. Highly recommend them!

Murphy’s did an excellent job on my masonry and block work. They came to do the work exactly when they said they would, got the job done on time, and for exactly the price as quoted.
