Contacted the owner about a week ago to get the mortar between my bricks re pointed. He came within the same week for the quote, and once I booked with him he scheduled it in for the next week. The guys showed up around 8AM and got it all done in one day, They were polite and cleaned up the site really good. Highly recommend them!

They replaced approximately 50 bricks on an outside wall and created a temporary skirt of parge to meet the driveway. Did a nice job and were in an out in one day.

Thanks to Ruairi & James for their work on our 100 year old house. They stepped in to save the day (on quite short notice) when another mason wasn’t able to complete the job. They created brick openings for a double door and large window on the main floor, and were able to find some matching bricks. Thanks again!

Rory is a true professional who did beautiful work in repairing our old stonework, while also tuckpointing everywhere to make the decks water tight. I was particularly impressed with the quality of his craftsmanship – these old steps look brand new and are super-sturdy. I would recommend Rory for all jobs, big and small.

Really liked working with Murphy’s Masonry. Really sweet owner, Ruairi; he came and met with me at my home, did the quote right there. I got three other quotes, his was not the cheapest but was a middle and fair price + any one I got under range seemed kind of sketchy. He did the work when he said he would and was able to fit me in early on my deadline. Would recommend and will be using him again next year to do parking and point tucking on my rear wall. We needed some repairs to our flagstone sidewalk and front porch. Ruairi was punctual, polite and did a very good job. We’d definitely use him again, if needed.

Awesome service. Easy communication and correspondence via email and text in a timely manner. Courteous, and fantastic job. They closed off an old exterior kitchen vent – such a good job you could hardly tell there was an old one at all. Interior wall needed special care and again, excellent, clean and efficient work. Would definately recommend. I have a Frankenstein house, old and new brick and addition. In the pic you can see what was filled in. Prior there were cracked bricks and tonnes of gaps where older mortar crumbled. New work is so clean.

Was referred to Murphy’s Masonry for a small job. Several holes were left in the exterior walls of the house after renovations that required removal / relocation of some vent pipes. The quoted price was fair, and response time was fast. Their guys did a great job colour-matching the mortar and sizing the replacement bricks to blend in. It’s now very difficult to tell where the old holes were. Nice work!
