This job was just wrapped up last week and I wanted to show you the progress photos. Water was getting inside the customers basement. This Is after we took off all of the old parge (which was crumbling)
We then took out all of the old bricks/blocks by small sections so as to ensure the bricks above did not fall down (bricks had to be repaired…badly)
Here we just used generic bricks to ensure the foundation was solid and that the wall was flush with the existing area.
A masonry project like this would cost you between $2500-$3500 (of course that depends on the size of the area)
